yep, again no service from the platform.
again, I cannot login.
Hopeless.
When it does recognise the login request, it is so slow it is useless.
The question - are we being charged a "fee for no service" ?????
IMHO, this seems to me to be a situation just like the "financial advice" where bank financial advisors charged clients a fee for supposedly providing financial advice to clients - yet of course, no financial advice was provided.
Here we are, in a similar situation.
We pay a brokerage fee for every transaction.
Others pay a fee for real time info, and other upgrades to the ANZ "service". ie a supposed "premium" service.
So at what point is ANZ Etrade liable for some redress to customers who are simply not getting the product for which they pay???
The brokerage fee I pay each time I trade, is supposed to give me access to pricing, ASX announcements etc (all the features ANZ promote).
Isn't it about time that ANZ Etrade start to answer for the failure of their platform??
