Delloite, the receiver also has costs. Maybee its this cost component which has not been recouped by ANZ? This may explain why the Receiver is still in the picture.
I would imagine that ANZ will indemnify Delloite for its costs should the charge be rendered void and they have no funds for thier costs.
Has the Liquidator kicked off any proceedings yet?
