What makes you say that? They are the ANZ Bank not the INZ bank, Perhaps they should be regulated a bit more thoroughly, having call centers in Bangalore or offshore wherever makes it harder for the regulators to monitor them.
Especialky when there are all these scams and frauds happening in the Australian banking system as alleged on 2GB and 4BC. Not to mention all the money laundering scandals.
