Im not sure what the problem is?
At the end of the day you pay tax on the dividend.
Including f/f or partial franking the dividend is $1.1657 as i understand.
If it was fully franked it would be .816 ff. Making it
$1.1557.
Just more in the bank account than ff.
Im still working and not in retirement.
