Depends on whether Elliott, O’Sullivan, the Board and consequently the executives are gone by then. The dividend has already been impacted by the enormous capital charge.
Elloitt and O’Sullivan would be gone in any other jurisdiction. But in Australia, anything goes.
There will have to be quite a big cut to the dividend given the capital charge and the ongoing trading disaster and its criminal problems.
