When I first read the announcement I thought the VWAP was the 5 days leading up to the announcement. Having read it again it's not clear, but given there has been no other date given I still think it probably means that. If that's the case, the price was in the high $32's, so I'd assume we get the same price of $30.95 as the instos. If I'm wrong it would be a bonus for holders and allowed others to buy in to get the discounted SPP. It's not clear though. I've been buying under $30 regardless, so won't participate unless there is a locked in discount price...ie an offer of $29 and the price rebounds before you commit into the $30's. A little bit wary to over commit as when CommBank comes back on line it will drag all the banks, but in the long term should be sound
