Yeah big issue. I sold to go short then the platform went down and I couldn't get back in. RSG went up 10c boy am I pissed.
Rang the complaints and got some rubbish that they will look at it and said buy in at the higher price and if they see fit they will reimburse me. Like I trust a bank to give out money.
It's been a crap platform for years.
