Your number for fatality rate is very very wrong.
You did in fact divide two numbers to getthat but they are the wrong two.
The number of people recovered divided bythe number of people died ignores many things.
it is very hard to get a right pari of numbers to divide some give detah rates too high some too low
try these as places to give you some idea how complex a question it actually is.
