I guess they haven't worked out that the company needs to turn a profit first and 99% of Andrew Prices energy would be on this.It is an urgent time and they would not have time to concern with the Balance Sheet and hybrid issues.Make a profit then worry about the balance sheet.You don't worry about a deal with hybrids and a buy out that will cost you money when you are not making a profit.The quicker they turn a profit the better for ordinary and Hybrid holders.
