it is perfectly possible that I am wrong - it has happened many times before.
However, it would be useful for you to state which assumptions you think are incorrect and why?
For example, if it is that you or someone else is going to fund advisers for the Hybrids - it would be great to know - and I will congratulate you or whoever for their generous spirit
If you think that the Board will in reality act in the interests of the hybrids - i would be interested in knowing why this would be the case - and what gives you confidence that this in fact will occur?
The power that the hybrids have is solidarity and the ability to prevent a scheme - if enough hold the line etc. However, this is a power of veto.
Simply saying you suspect I am wrong doesn't help the debate or add to the general understanding of the situation. I look forward to your response.
