On current share prices, wouldn't AZA shareholders be voting for a merger that is less than AZA current price.?
I do like prospects of ARQ in long term but merger looks by no means certain to me. Wouldn't be surprised if Anzon UK hoping for another bid from someone else at moment to give them an out from their undertaking to ARQ. That undertaking was always on proviso there was no better offer.
