All jokes aside, if PB's time frames were true, we would be further along. This is purely a timing issue, as in, poor timing by TNG to progress EIS for such a long time has delayed the whole project. Now it's only a matter of time before off-take is announced, and it'll just come out of the blue one day and before you know it you'll be going to the KRC/AVL forums and rubbing it in their smug faces, with your own smug face.
