I didn't state $750 per agent per yer, I said $750 per AGENCY and in that announcement I'm pretty sure it said it's a monthly cost. But that is for an agency with 501>1000 properties under management which is a lot. Most offices have would have well below 500 and if you read that announcement from memory it says that the agencies that were doing the trial had around 300 (I could be wrong).
Where is the $65 per property coming from? That seems totally fabricated?
