And therein lies the problem,I`m sure part of the s/p (if not all)malaise is the uncertainty this creates. No-one wants to buy a stock today only to find some one gets it cheaper a day later.
Get $20m now or $10m now and the rest later, structure any raising with an option component, that would go a long way towards its` success. Bring in a few instos.
Life would be much easier in terms of negotiations,(no pressure to take any 1st offer) project funding (less slippage in time lines).
