It has an oil linkage formula with a floor if I remember correctly, details not disclosed of course.
Arrow did discuss it in one of the presentations shortly after signing the deal, and disclosed an indicative price, which if I remember correctly was around A$5 with upside.
They can take 20% in the project if the deal looks too discounted, and of course for AOE this is not the main game, so that is probably represents plenty of capital and risk to have tied into the project.
