    Hmmmm. $5.13 . Down 0.16c.

    Not a bad buy at that price. My take on the deal. Too low by about a 75c. AOE I worth about $1.00 with Shell 50% grab back wasted.

    AOE board accepted because they see no other bidder on the horizon.
