    Given the above, we can see that both earnings expectations and dividend expectations have been severely cut back.

    DPS now expected to decline from 15c to 10c next year.

    So the current 10% dividend yield is a mirage.

    I would be careful even relying on the the broker forecast of 10c per share. With 50% of AOF tenancies all electing to NOT renew their leases and exit, future earnings is very uncertain.
