I have decided to buy this stock in a large amount of % of my share portfolio. 53523 shares worth.

Reasons for this were based on the following:

1 seems to be a solid foundation at around the $2.60 - $2.70 level.

2 enjoying the advertisement and press releases with the confidence in Paul Ogrady and his vision for AVEO.

3. Consistent confirmations at press releases stating that they are on target in all aspects of construction and revenue.

4. Paying likely a 10 cent dividend in around 30 days.

5. Trading on low multiples of income

6. Third party asset valuations of close to $4 per share while currently Trading $2-60-$2.70

7. Share buy back to re start in July/August once Newstead/gasworks is finalised. Grady has said that any excess funds will be used for share buyback to create shareholder wealth.

8. Then today I saw that aveo are pumping bonuses to customers on sale. I believe this will increase this years revenue above the estimated ranges:
aveo from the 16may until 30 June are giving a $40,000 bonus to any settlement before 30june 2018.
I think this is really smart to put confidence in this years result as well as maximising marketing sentiment - while filling any empty units.

In the event of resale any capital gain on the purchase price is 50% aveo groups anyway. So the $40,000 bonus will be halved in the short run. But sentiment is a huge bonus. Getting retirees into the units is the main concern.

I am expecting a result well above market expectations and with confidence back in the market and the share buy back to create a rally.
