The reserves estimates for Puntland just repeat what we already knew. However this line is the important part:

"Keith Hill, Africa Oil's President and Chief Executive Officer, commented: "Our blocks contain enormous resource potential. We are pleased to be in a very strong financial position as we continue our aggressive exploration program, with drilling expected to commence during the third quarter of this year."

So we're still on track, for now (July 27th is Q3). With only 4 months until the deadline you'd have thought AOI must have some plan with regards to the rig.

So nothing's changed, but given all the past delays it's something to be happy about that we're still on course. Of course, quite rightly, nothing should be taken for granted until rig mobilisation.
