Drarthur, we have been led to believe that its all OK in Puntland, security not an issue, pirates dont touch boats going to Puntland, the clans in the areas where drilling is to take place are supportive, govt endorsed and so on...
YET the conditions are not right and therefore the delays!!! WHY?
Is it that all that we have been told isn't the full story? Are there security and political risks from Somalia that simply cant be addressed?
How serious are the threats to the project that warrant delays?
