It's more about a change of information - 3weeks ago they were apparently going to drill in the 3rd quarter, now it's before the end of the year, maybe. The timelines for drilling puntland keep getting pushed out, one has to question the project. May be all the old critics like rupert, the crow, brabus, pongo to name a few were all right in their assessment of Range!
