The board woulnt worry about the share dilution too much. And paying an extra $10-15 million dollars above the present offer , is insignificant in the long run.
Money is losing its value big time. Inflation is going nuts. I would buy stuff.
Absolutely no point in having hundreds of millions in the bank. I could even stomach taking om debt at these rates. Its free money
