It's just that GOR pushed the fact that it was a completely cash offer as being a selling point for their offer and for some AOP holders who didn't know much about RMS they might view that as superior (or just simpler and easier) .
So if RMS upped the price a little and made it cash it would be easy to compare to GOR offer .
Of course whether they want to try and push it or just throw in the towel ....
I'll be disappointed if we haven't heard something by tomorrow morning .
