Whilst the increased offer is not surprising, I stick to my view that RMS is going to be outbid.
RMS has stated this was an opportunity that popped up and it was too good to pass up, well.. that was before another bidder arrived, that in all likelihood, will up their offer again.... (GOR is the more motivated buyer).
Not really saying this is good or bad, just an observation.
