African Petroleum delists from NSX

"If its shareholders approve the move at its AGM on Dec. 21, the British firm African Petroleum Corp Ltd (APCL) will delist from Australia’s National Stock Exchange (NSX). The operation would take place before Dec. 31. APCL, the object of strong takeover rumours, feels its dual listing on NSX and on Oslo Axess, is proving too costly. APCL is active in Senegal, Ivory Coast, Gambia, Sierra Leone and Liberia."
