If I remember correctly AOQ was previously listed on the ASX in 2010. They were effectively denied listing on the ASX for reasons that are still not clear to me.
In an AOQ press release dated 27 August 2010, they stated the ASX desisting was so that "long term value creation can occur without the distractions caused by the questions and queries raised by ASX to determine whether to re-quote the Company".
It's surprising that a company with AOQ's market cap would move from the ASX to a virtually unknown, and very illiquid exchange (i.e. the NSX).
