What an interesting situation. Some questions it poses for me:

1) If Aus Post were going to roll out their own 'carrier agnostic' lockers, would other carriers be happy paying their main competitor to use its lockers when there are other lockers available elsewhere for them to use that don't give revenue to their competition? To me, it seems unlikely that AP could expect any revenue to come from other carriers and that would be a deterrant to building their own.

2) If Aus Post are considering using the ADAM service themselves, perhaps they may save themselves the expense of rolling out their own. Wouldn't it be a nice win for TZ if ADAM resulted in the cancellation or scaling back of Inpost's AP deal? Dreaming perhaps, but a nice thought anyway.
