The share price was pushed to 32c originally by a large holder and then low and behold the cap raising happened.
I think now we are being held there on purpose. I wouldnt be surprised to see a significant deal annoumced in the next 4-6 weeks. There will not be enough money in the kitty to make it happen. They then have the ideal opportunity with SH approval to do a much larger cap raising - friendlies and qvt will share much of the spoils but other holders to get a look in also. We as a consequence will not be seeimg the SP moving anytime soon.
Things are looking up, hope we announce a deal and can kake it happen without.a cash raise but looks unlilely to me - I expect around the 32c again
