Cap it until SH approval can be given ie AGM in Nov? 7 months is a long time to cap the price especially if news is major in the meantime.
Perhaps TZ won't even need funding depending on Dexion and AP payment terms. All depends on how TZ wants to play it. Hopefully finally in beleaguered shareholders' favour.
