If you have a bull market in a commodity even those stocks who are near production will run hard. Look at how many Lithium stocks who have no production and years away from it but who have made discoveries or have defined resources are capitalised at over a billion dollars. LKE $1.8 billion, CXO $2 billion, AVZ $2.7 billion etc. If we see a sustain run in the oil prices MAY as a near term producer will run with the oil price increases.
