AP14 is a few hundred acres in poverty and corruption.

don't expect AP14 to be anything within two-five years imo.

atm it is all about the process of benification that BMM are interested in imo.

time will tell, but I have a feeling that NSL are looking at a whole different path, but it will take millions of dollars to set up.
