lol for better or worse I am in Victoria.
But even the squalid state of Victoria presents opportunities. In the last 18 months have picked up 6 residential investment properties on gross yields of 8-11% because residential investors (especially foreign owners) are desperately trying to sell. That's immediate cash flow positive, so I am immune to all the negative gearing chatter.
As to APA, the Vic government may squawk, but let's see when all those households start voting
Anyway happy with my 2nd position at $7.25, its in the money now, the trend is now my friend, and that gross dividend of 8.4% at cost, will start to look good as we go through CY25, and the RBA starts to reduce interest rates.
Lol just look at the Hong Kong share market (my biggest position)
