Not sure why this recent down turn in share price, it came out of nowhere with a large seller (maybe an institutional portfolio adjustment or sell down?)
No news flow to give insight.
I grabbed some profits and cut the position back down to 1% position.
APA can trade in a funny manner running into december in that the share price shows weaknes, historically strange given it goes ex at the end of dec.
Anyway from my view, better to be safe than sorry, book some profits, and if the share price continues to dip, buy back. If the share price doesn't go backwards, then I still have my 1%.
I should note, I trade on margin which boosts my returns, if things go my way, but also means I have to be very careful (using margin debt is dangerous if one doesn't pay close attention)
