yes... l need someone to explain this clearly to me.
if you are buying for the increasing yearly income (7%) l think keep your holdings very small (eg .5%) because this is a concern.
otherwise it's a good asset l held it once but now it's a lot cheaper than when l sold it. there are not many shares cheaper now than years ago.
have been looking at ORA & AMC. the debt levels on the later also concern me. both have fallen. again l am assuming debt levels and interest charges are the reason this sector like the REITS are low. I like ORA personally.
