APA have been acquiring green assests over the last two years, this has added to their debt, but also their revenue stream. Rising interest rates are an exact mirror image of APA share price chart. Some think rates have peaked, which would be a plus for APA.
I hold APA not for the yeild (although it's not bad) but for the potential growth i see ahead. Stocks with sexy number are generally fairly priced or over priced.
APA has the potential to rise far higher over the next few years, and maintain a good yeild. That's just my humble opinion, but i feel they have a big future in the hydrogen transition, so I'm happy to hold a core position and trade the dips.
