For some reason, there were 95000 shares traded in the match-out at $2.05. Which is 6 cents ABOVE the theoretical offer price, - with APA closing at $4.56.

That APA price equates to $1.99 for HDF, but it closed at $2.05.

There has to be a reason, and maybe we will find out tomorrow.

The Takeovers panel apparently has a bit of an official issue with the offer, which would tend to frighten buyers away. But the opposite has occurred, so it looks like being on for young and old now.
