I am in today @.175 after much consideration. Despite being underwater already, I believe the two assets are compelling going forward.
The crowning point for me was the mere hint of a whisper that Sandfire was sniffing around Nifty. Sandfire would love Nifty - a big footprint in the Patterson, safe WA jurisdiction, miles of resource and unlimited potential. I missed out on MOD when SFR initially sniffed around. Not this time.
Think I'll buy some more and average down already.
