    Thanks for sharing - why with all this talk of being a diversified minor do they now want to spin off S32 style?

    Seems like they're trying to de-risk by segregating assets. I think they need to better listen to their share holders.

    18%+ voting rights are most likely coming onto the market from the APAC disposal. They're selling due to the acquisition of Nifty so it's likely that those buying will be for the same reason.

    Maybe they don't want Hindalco to hold voting rights to the gold division and that's why they're spinning it off?

    It all feeds my feelings that Cookie needs to stop making purchases by issuing capital.
