Appreciate your thoughts...definitely a sensible rationale. Doing a development in China would be a new step for them...
I know from attending the ROC AGM that JD is very bullish about Beibu Gulf. I think the company has learned a lot and done a great job in project managing the whole Cliffhead development instead of getting in a contractor. That is a major feat and has helped to keep things on track. Looking forward to great things from ROC over next couple of years.
