Maybe in talks regarding final off take and sp can go either way depending on the out come.
You would think without the BRR talk after the last announcement there could be another not far off.
Market is telling it so when we see it spike or fall I'd expect one shortly to follow.
By the way TNG hasn't had any bad announcements and in retrospect the market has been quite cruel with the sp. Heaven help if we ever get a bad one.
