With "green fields" land in short supply in Sydney, the obvious alternative is "brown fields" redevelopment of former industrial or other lands which means increased density housing options, which means apartments. That means apartments and more likely a decade of low price growth than a crash imo.
There are competing sages, especially in weekend papers.

it is not good
the quality of life is not good in our inner cities. people from asia do not mind
i still like it in auckland and wellington but in a generation it will be like sydney, with high appartments on the main roads and around railway stations
as i mentioned in 17890138
i spend a lot of time in canada bay when i'm home as there are not many people around
