Another usual poster reading things that aren't there once again - I would say that 99% of positive property people are doing nothing to convince anyone to buy just merely stating things aren't as bad as some here purport them to be. In fact if you look back over time most of us positive property people have pointed out many reasons to those genuinely seeking advice on buying why they need to be cautious with their purchase.
