Anyone invested in Apartments ?

I have few question please share your knowledge

1. Any idea how high body cooperate fees can be ? ( as % )
2. Are these good for living with young family ? ( What are the advantages and disadvantages )
3. Can apartment over supply hurt the market
4. They are not cheap in inner suburbs of Melbourne closer or over 1 M for a 3 bed with facilities
5. Capital Growth and ROI ?
