The sell off of new appartments in noosa looks very tempting, e.g. one bedroom reduced from 600k to 280k and same sorts of reductions for larger units . Is this a bargain or what ? Should i be looking around this area for other bargains, beautiful spot may be the bargains of the century out there ? .
