Final EPA sign off wasn't necessary for BCI getting NAIF approval on their salt/potash project but government approvals were cited as a condition on the loan.
Don't expect the SP to run that hard after the EPA announcement. RWD had a far higher environmental hurdle to jump and their approval didn't trigger a massive re-rate.
The one thing that nobody is talking about here is the outstanding mining leases. If done and dusted as per 2017 you should get an announcement within the next week or so.
