But let's say the numbers are seen as optimistic by some which is reasonable given it is a scoping study and some will think it is conservative. When the feaso comes that will lock in the bankable numbers and then reality for all kick in. If you don't like the study then you should sell but if you halve the study numbers and still like it then you should hold/buy as the current market cap is way off.
If you are in property and the deal is bankable and makes 20% IRR instead of the 30's then u still do the deal.
No one mentions the gold assets near gold road!
I hope there is 500 years supply as otherwise we have no chance of feeding the world population.
