    Btw - one of them who discuss Apcl in a Norwegian forum sent the company a Mail which was answered 23.06.16.
    They where as they have to be really carefully in the way they answered, but I really like this frase

    "As stated in the above, the company remains confident of concluding transactions in the near future."

    Near future is offcourse relative, but in my mind it should at least be this summer
