I dont think you can read anything into individual transactions without complete background. APE has a huge backlog of orders which they hold deposits for even if a few dropped of I see no impact on the company. Margins will likely moderate over the next year as more supply comes on line. But with such a strong balance sheet excess capital and leading market postion this remains a long term hold for me.
