it's very unlikely that as an option holder, you would qualify to be part of any in specie distribution. You would need to exercise the options to take part.
Unfortunately, this is one of the trade offs of buying options as opposed to the heads.

On a brighter note for you..........even if you don't take part in the distribution, it's very likely that a lot of other people will exercise their options, leaving the company with a lot of extra cash to play with. If they use it wisely, Legend Mining will hopefully advance their projects, along with it's share price, which at the end of the day will mean good gains for yourself.

I've been out of the loop for a couple of weeks, and have come back to a dismal looking market. However, I'm pleased with the way both LEG and AXM have held up compared with most other small exploration mobs.
