there is no doubt that QTK have been trying to improve their PR lately, with improved announcements but few have taken the bait....
Plenty of stocks run on hype but thanks to past indiscretions QTK will never again run on hype. They are going to have to do it the hard way and deliver outstanding results for most to consider investing with them.
